We enjoyed our stay here very much. The place has a nice family area with massage chairs (handy after a long day out ). The rooms were clean and sound proof. The staff was helpful. It was across the street from the kievskaya metro station and the train station (you can get to VKO Airport easily and much cheaper than a taxi). The mall across the street has a supermarket which is also great. Amazing for both families and business people.

Upon arrival citizens of Russia asked to provide the regular passport for each guest living in the room. According to the local legislation, citizens of the Russian Federation cannot be registered at the hotel without presenting their national passport. Only the citizens of the Russian Federation who have a permanent foreign residence permit can check in with their international passport.
The birth certificate is required for children under 14 years old. Children under 18 years old traveling without parents shall be accompanied by an adult with a letter of attorney. For foreign citizens the international passport, visa (if required by migration policy of the country) and migration card (except Belorussian citizens) are required for registration in the hotel.
